The views from the rooms are excellent (though rooms with 01 in the number have limited views) and the location of the inn is very convenient. "Being early March, it was 55 degrees on day 1 and 69 on day 3. Being from Vermont, any day is a good day to sit at the end of a pier watching the sun rise and/ or set with a coffee/ beer in hand. The restaurant was excellent, with complementary breakfast, and dinner service available. "

"Property is in a great location, walking distance to places to eat, shops. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was not kept up. Rust and cracks in the tub, shower head did not have a lot of water pressure. The refrigerator was not secure and had to be careful opening and closing. Ac unit did not get very cold. "

We were not able to use the cute fire-pit area or tiki bar due to inclement weather, but I'm sure it's a hit on nice evenings. Coffee and tea are available 24/7 in the main house. Rooms come with a fridge which is great if you go out to eat and have leftovers. Centrally located on the island. "
