Rooms need updating.

What a disappointment, just expected more from nh Hotel, they are normally very good. 1st room we were given was awful, we opened the door and the smell of smoking was overwhelming room 307. Second room OK but need a good overhaul. Furniture chipped, chair had holes and plastic peeling off, skirting boards with fluff and dust buildup. Housekeeping needs checking.

Venía de 6 horas de conducir y la chica de la recepción no tenía suficiente formacion pues me queria cobrar porque no sabía dónde verificar que el pago estaba hecho, además tuve un altercado por mi mascota un gato de 2 meses y el cobro de la cuota por noche. La chica no pude resolver la situación, llamó a su gerente quien salió con una actitud desafiante y malencarada. Pet friendly no son.
