The area was so peaceful and the beach access was great. We felt like we had our own private beach area and it wasnt crowded at all.

Booked last second. Not the property owners fault, but the only eating drinking establishment withing miles was a gay bar across the street...hours 8pm-4am...not something a family is going to visit. Leaky roof, loose window (about to blow out). All that being said... beautiful views, beach and pools weren't crazy busy. No restaurant or bar on property. Pretty annoying. Probably a great place to live, but to drop by for a week...would t do that again.

Beautiful pool area and beach access. Lobby is freshly renovated. Great views from the room. Staff was very nice and helpful. Only complaints are that we had to wash the bed linens that were clearly not laundered before we checked in and the fabric on the couches in the living room also did not appear clean. Otherwise, great kitchen, bathroom, balcony, and master bedroom view.

The actual surrounding property seemed kept up and maintained, which was nice. The lobby area looked good. The actual unit we rented however was INCREDIBLY outdated and in desperate need of renovations. The carpet looked nasty and felt dirty. Nothing worked — the keurig coffee maker didn’t work. The water in one bathroom never got warm (had to take cold showers). The toaster was broken. The tile felt sticky. The mirrors and bathroom sinks were dirty. It was clear that the bare minimum goes into keeping this unit maintained

The property is nice, and in a great location. The condo is spacious and there is a great view. Cleanliness: Sand was all over the floors when we checked in. No beach towels or pool towels, only small white hotel towels. Front door had a huge gap between the door and the frame. You could hear and feel hot air coming through it. There was probably 1/8-1/4 inch gap. Was a little concerned for our safety. The door didn't seem secure. The front desk staff is very unattentive, not friendly, or helpful. The elevator was out of commission on 2 days. We were on the 7th floor and had a baby, 2 kids, and $200 worth of groceries that we had to carry up the stairs. Several people have been stuck on the elevator and had to be rescued by the fire dept. The fire dept. finally made them shut it down. We evacuated due to hurricane Milton. Our house was damaged and we had to leave a day earlier and asked for refund for that one night. The said it is our policy to never refund. I explained that this was a hurricane issue and should be refunded. They did not care that houses were destroyed and people needed to get home for insurance issues. I needed that $200 more than this massive company needed it. I will never book through PHG. They oversee over 8000 properties and do not care for individuals.

I’m not one to leave reviews as I’m very easygoing and dismissive, but I feel that it’s needed on this one. We’re not a picky bunch when we travel, but we expect to receive what we’ve paid for, especially $3,000+. Overall, the hotel is great. There are a few things that I’ll mention that, as a guest, I’d want to know about. You can’t purchase things from the shop in the lobby with cash, it’s card only. Check kitchen items when arriving, wash before using (inside of cabinets hadn’t been cleaned and it’s just a good practice when traveling). There is one elevator per tower (we stayed in B). The hot tub only accommodates 4 people at a time. The two pools were nice. We stayed during one of the busiest times of the year for July 4th, so it was very crowded wherever we went. There is also a one-time registration fee that isn’t handled during booking with Expedia, this is paid when arriving to hotel (we were unaware but I’m sure it was listed somewhere in fine print). The biggest and ONLY issue that could potentially keep us from returning to this resort occurred while out on the actual beach. Unfortunately, we butted heads with the chair rental guy and were harassed DAILY. Very rude, offensive, doesn’t take “no” well, and even had a condo owner harass us as well (police were involved). The condo owner that he recruited to help him actually hit me in the stomach (I’m 9 months pregnant) and called us “damn hillbilly rednecks”. We will take our money elsewhere next time we visit PCB.

Summerhouse was great. Nice rooms and kitchen. Nice staff. CLEAN. Some outlets didn't work and the main toilet was broken when we got there. Everything was fixed promptly! I would definitely stay here again.

The staff was pleasant and very helpful. Its an older building and need an upgrade, however, the condo had lots of activities and supplies for the beach. We will definitely stay here again.
