Estuvimos 4 días en este hotel pasamos un calor terrible el aire no enfriaba el baño súper sucio con tierra y popo pegada en la taza mi hijo llegó por la madrugada al hotel y no lo querían dejar entrar salimos a darle el número de registro de huésped y el tipo de seguridad súper grosero lo mandó a parkear a 30 min caminando del hotel fue terrible esa noche

Check in for my reservation was 4pm,I tried to check in around 5 and they stated the room wasn’t ready so we finally got to check in around 6:30.All you could smell was marijuana while on the balcony.The mattress on the bottom of the bunk bed was more like a mattress pad. It was only about 1inch thick and so uncomfortable that no one could sleep on it. We had to ask for fresh towels,and there was absolutely no housekeeping done in our room for our entire stay. At one point during our stay I had my back to the window and my two-year-old daughter was on the bed behind me playing and I saw something moving in the mirror that is facing the window and it was a male staff member of the hotel with his feet planted, standing still facing inside our room with a snack in hand, watching my daughter play. The curtains would not stay closed.We had to buy a pack of hair clips to put all the way from the top to the bottom of the curtains while we slept. We stayed on the dunes side and it was not very well lit at night time. You had to slam the hotel door to make it lock, multiple times I walked out of the room and pulled the door closed only to push it and it come right back open without a key when we first arrived at the room and tried to use the microwave.It immediately caught fire.We did get a new microwave quickly though.When I asked for a cart to put our luggage on while leaving a day early. I was told that I could just go stand by the outside and watch for one.Not worth the price

Property was well maintained. Room was nice and big. Plenty of room. People were friendly and helpful. Only problem, not enough outlets in the room and they used a power strip and it would trip when you used the microwave. Even if you had everything else unplugged

room was very dirty. they claimed that they gave us a room that wasn't even cleaned then offered me a new room only to have the same issues as before. blood on sheets, hair on pillows, unswept floors, toothpaste all over the sinks, mold in room, bathtub had mold, the very little furniture that was provided was very outdated and was broken! tv looked like a monitor hung on the wall on top of this the last room we got (3rd) smelt like cigarette smoke. the whole place smelt like weed and was trashy. the whole deck was lined up with trash bags so much to where there was barely any room to walk on decks. front desk ladies were even giving me attitude when complaining about a unclean room when it clearly wasn't and I showed the pictures and they said there was nothing they could do about it. overall this was the worst experience i've had with a hotel when traveling. stayed for 1 night and got a new hotel for the rest of my stay. would not advise anyone to stay here!

This was a beautiful location. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our suite was perfect size for my family of 4. We had plenty of space and a beautiful view of the coast.

We loved our trip so much. We stayed at this hotel for two days and then moved to a condo we had rented. We have decided just to book separate rooms at this hotel for next year cause we like the location and the reasonable price for a beach front hotel.

For the first time I was able to actually stay on a resort and not feel robbed. They have two restaurants that were fabulous and a Court cafeteria… That was safe and actually very good… My kids felt safe and I felt them safe being outside by themselves as teenagers should be… Beach was literally right there… Need some updating overall for the price we paid you can’t beat it.

Stag was very helpful and friendly. Boardwalk was nice and had several entrances to the beach making it easy to get down and back up with a wagon.

Honestly, this hotel was very rusty and smelled like cigarettes. Will I stay again probably if is the last choice. Location is great-however don’t stay in Dunes. Maybe if they updated it would be a 5 star. Family friendly-yes, activities-great! Parking is okay but if you arrive late you have to park way off the property-expect to walk!!

Was an okay place to stay... we dont stay in the room much so we just needed a place to lay our heads that was clean. The place was older and my family of 5 stayed in one big room and it didnt have privacy but it was reasonable priced...could use new refrigerators that actually got colderbut it was decent.. best part was the view and when u walked out to the beach, it was the least crowded of all the areas! But the VIEW WAS TOP NOTCH

I liked the convience of the motel right on the beach. We walked out of our room and right down to the beach. It was pretty quiet for the most part as well. We loved our stay

Where to begin? Terrible! Sand on the floor, cheap flat pillows, dirty walls. We had 2 wall outlets that were loose and pushed into the wall making them unsafe to use. You will not get clean towels unless you stop housekeeping and get them. We requested towels 3 times on our last day and never got any. The parking is overcrowded. The breezeway lighting does not work on the gulf side, pitch black. Refrigerator did not work properly, did not keep food cold. Called about it and no response. This is the worst place i have stayed in 45 years of visiting PCB. WILL NOT RETURN

Property was okay and convenient to the beach. Wouldve liked to had beach chairs available. Rooms were decent but cable t.v. would've been preferred.
