*** SCAM & FRAUD!! The first apartment they assigned us was in uninhabitable conditions! They insisted that it was in good repair and clean. I took many pictures of all of the problems to include but not limited to a glass door that didn’t close completely, towels that had brown smudges on them, doors that were being held together by screws, disgusting stains on every single chair, couch, backboards tot he beds, etc. They did not want to refund us or give us another room on the check in date. We proceeded to have to book another location while we waited for them to get back to us… When they finally said they had another apartment, we asked if it was in that same building or another, we were told it was in another building. When we showed up they then changed to say that it’s in the same building. They denied saying that. I had to show them the actual message they sent me, then said they made a mistake and they will only offer the other apt in the same building and that it wasn’t ready yet after rushing us to b there by 1pm. They stole my money and put another guest in the apartment the assigned me and never notified me. I still had the key for the apartment, when I walked in there were another guests suitcases and item in there. They would not give me my money back. I was letting the apartment air out after they sprayed a very harsh bug spray that made my throat close. They proceeded to double book the same apartment and get double the money. *Not enough characters to finish
