I received an upgrade to a residential space which was phenomenal - apartment living. The restaurant and spa were wonderful. However, the premises offered very little outdoor space, with a very small lap pool that was underwhelming. On a separate note, housekeeping tossed out food I stored in the refrigerator and removed all of the mini bar snacks and drinks prior to my departure. I reached out to the front desk twice to inform them of this, but no one followed up on what happened. So, that was a disappointment. Overall, a beautiful property but I’d prefer one with greater walkability and better outdoor facilities (pool area).

Couldn't have asked for better service. From the time we arrived to the time we left, the attention to detail and great customer service were felt at every moment. Especially since we experienced a rather unintended exciting incident off premises, and which the hotel did everything in their power to assist us. It was greatly appreciated. Food at Salsipuedes was very good, the cocktails at the Bar downstairs on the main level very very good (excellent Pisco Sour) and the ambience all around, very nice. Would highly recommend. Note to the wise...do NOT take a yellow cab. Always take Uber.

The accommodations were second to none, probably one of the best properties I’ve chosen. However, the service wasn’t consistent. The front desk staff came off as uninterested in checking me in, but the doormen were awesome. The cleaning staff and the restaurant staff at Salsipuedes were phenomenal, but the spa staff acted as if my friend and I were troubling them when we booked the appointment and upon checking in for the appointment. Finally, the location of the hotel was like in between the hood and the business district….very odd. If I ever come back to Panama, I’d consider other places before booking here.
