My friend and I really enjoyed our stay here. The location was great and to be right on the beach for the price was unbeatable. The pool was great too. Staff was friendly and check in process was easy. The room was a little run down but very clean overall. It was spacious and the beds were comfortable. I would stay here again!

Although the staff was extremely helpful and kind, the property photos are not accurate. I'm sure they were at one time, but the building is old and run down and in a "not so great" area

We stayed on the 2nd floor had a fairly good view except palm trees blocked most of our view and we couldn’t fill our small ice cooler from the ice machine which we used for sitting on the balcony but we really enjoyed the stay still had decent views of the beach area and it was just a few steps away for the beach I have stayed many times before and was on the 3rd or 4th floor and the view was amazing I love to stay at casa loma this is my place to stay when I visit the best view for an oceanfront beach hotel it’s quite and a nice place family friendly I will stay here every time I come I give it a 5 review I the beds were very comfortable the bathroom is small but very clean I can only complain about the ice and the view from the 2nd floor otherwise a great place to stay it’s an older place but well worth it.

Wonderful location with beach access and ocean view and balcony. Beach was not a private beach as I thought it was. Shower and toilet were tolerable at best- updates are much needed and I question the cleanliness of both. Beds weren’t comfy and pillows were flat as pancakes. Nice parking lot close to the room so you can keep an eye on your vehicle. Front desk was helpful for dinner recommendations.

Property does not have WiFi.. they say it is working fine but it doesn’t pick up in the rooms. There were roaches and we told them and they didn’t even offer any kind of discount or anything else. They said they will tell the manager and they will come spray. Had to wait hours to get towels because there wasn’t any clean in the whole hotel

The room was clean and smelled clean. It came with a broom and dustpan for sand, which was super helpful for keeping it under control. The second floor offers great beach views without having to carry luggage up or down stairs. The mattresses need to be replaced, they're old with broken internal supports, but all of the linens were clean and fresh smelling. Good selection of pillows. Overall a great value.

The room I had was a little messed up, but it wasn’t dirty or anything. If you’re under 25, which I am, they charge you a $200 deposit. However, if you write down everything that’s wrong with the room when you get there and don’t cause any additional damage, you’ll get the deposit back. Overall, I had a great time at this hotel, and the beach view was amazing!
