Good place to be.

A two night stay before leaving Panama just before all flights were shut down. Services were curtailed but the stay went just fine. Panama City had a 9 pm curfew. I stayed here before and I like this hotel. It is a very good value.

シャワーは最悪です

3月に2泊、1人で利用しました。 チェックインはかなり雑に並んでおり、良いとは言えないものでした。 エレベーターも遅いものが2機しかなく、なかなか来ません。 １つスタッフ用？がありましたが少し安全性に不安がありました。 ４Fキングベッドの部屋でしたが、窓が１つありますが、スモークのようなものが貼ってあるため少しもったいないです。 日差しが強いからだと思いますがカーテンで対応できます。 ベッドは普通で枕も４つ備え付けてありました。 部屋は若干暗く感じます。 ベッドの両サイドにライトとサイドテーブル、 コンセントが２つずつあるのは便利でした。 スリッパ・バスローブ・歯ブラシはありません。 冷蔵庫は大きめのものがあります。少しうるさかったです。 デスク・チェアも広く作業には快適でした。 バスルームが最悪でした。 ガラス扉のシャワーブースでしたが、シャワーは固定式で弱く範囲も狭いです。 温度は謎にベストな40℃くらいだと思いますが タイル張りの床が水はけが悪すぎるようで、チェックイン時点で水たまりになっていました。 シャワーをあびていても排水能力はありますが傾斜が悪く流れません。 暑かったのでシャワーを1日2回浴びましたが、毎回大変不快でした。 ベッドメイクが入っても放置されており、排水溝の毛も放置です。 他の部分には多少目を瞑ることが多いですが、シャワーだけは譲れないため 低めの評価をしたくなってしまいました。 快適なシャワーを望む方は避けた方が良いかと思います。 また、パナマには街中にポストがなくフロントでポストカードの発送をお願いしましたが1枚1ドルの手数料を現金で請求されました。 他のどんな国でも聞いたことがなかったためこの方針には驚きました。

Hotel bem localizado e confortável. O metro fica atras do hotel mas só tem 2 linhas e passa longe das principais atrações. O local é zona hoteleira e financeira. A noite fica bem deserta. O local é feio e sujo.

Location good but staff and property needs a lot of improvement worst Hilton hotel experience. Check in terrible I waited over 2 hours as I arrived at 1:30pm and they don't let you check in until 3pm so the Lobby was full as they kept everyone waiting, not even a water I was offer nor they offer to keep my luggage or suggested places to go while I waited. All staff not welcoming, pool have no towels and you have to look or call to get someone to bring you towels as no one in pool area. Room was not service on one of the days I went out all day came back around 5pm and my room had not been done. I'm not satisfied with the experience in this hotel you not even get a bottle of water, a mini fridge with very expensive beverages and snacks. Will not stay here again

Good location ...easy to get around quickly ...the main entrance floor staff and concierge desk were friendly and accommodating and could communicate in English ....was very frustrating to have to ask for towels the first few days of my stay....housekeeping would clean the room but then not leave fresh towels ...had to repeatedly as before I would finally get some ....this occurred about 3 days in a row at the beginning of my stay??? I really couldn't understand it as I have never experienced anything like this in ANY hotel stay ...right up to having someone from the front desk with security to check to see that we were not taking the towels ???? what??? I'm here to sell towels on the side that I have stolen ??? Bizarre ....after about three days of this it finally settled down
