The apartment location and building amenities are excellent. The apartment itself is very spacious and extremely comfortable with incredible city views. Only concern was the condition of the furniture is quite worn and the apartment wasn’t that clean upon checkin. Recommend checking to make sure the apartment is cleaned properly upon checkin. I had to have them deep clean it as it wasn’t well done initially. But Boutique Apartments team was very responsive and tried their best to correct and address my concerns. I was pleased with their attention. Overall had a great stay! I definitely recommend Yoo Apartment!

Es un departamento muy amplio y bien equipado, super limpio y con todas las comodidades que uno esperaría para una estancia perfecta. La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de restaurantes, bares y del casco antiguo, además a solo 20 minutos del aeropuerto interaccional. El plus de contar con un centro de lavado en sitio es de gran ayuda. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

This spacious downtown condo. Full kitchen, plenty of room, washer / dryer, and a nice view from the 49th-floor balcony. The pool area is quite large, with plenty of seating options. This condo is a good spot for a comfortable and convenient stay. Gracias

The apt and the view is amazing. I was torn between touring the beautiful country of Panama & just relaxing in the apt. My friends stayed at a luxurious hotel, I paid less & didn't have to share. They took more pics in the apt than I did😀. The staff was friendly, helpful, and had some great recommendations. I will stay at Yoo’s on my next trip here with my family. Much love to the staff at Yoo Panama!!

I have stayed at a lot of places in my lifetime. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I was flying to Panama and I was never emailed anything other than the Expedia confirmation with street name for this property. Upon my arrival, I was told that I needed to give a credit card to handle incidentals, even though I booked through Expedia, which expressly prohibits you having to give a third-party your credit card information, I went over this 10 times with the people that owned the room and they would not let me check in on Saturday, I had to book a room next-door at the Hilton. They didn’t seem to care at the YOO and only let me in when I threatened to turn them in for requiring something that Expedia explicitly prohibited. They FINALLY let me check in on Tuesday, three full days later. After this check-in ordeal, I came into a condo that seemed quite nice… but it was impossible to sleep in the bedroom from the street noise due to a gap of a half inch on the sliding glass door, so I slept on the couch. The group of younger guys rented the place next door.YIKES! The walls were paper thin and you could hear everything they said and Karaoked. Finally the drunk neighbors tried to get into my apartment and rang the bell at 3AM Monday night because they thought my place was theirs!!! After this and six nights of no sleep I left. I don’t think the owners have ever spent a night in this room. They would leave too. DO NOT BOOK THIS ROOM!!!

The apartment wasn't up to it's expectations are far as the cleanliness and care of this property. Just everything about this apartment was not ready for anyone. I have rented from Yoo Panama before but not from this since of the building boutique. The pictures of the apartment were deceiving. The blinds were hanging on by a thread. You couldn't enjoy the view from the room. Roaches in the unit when you open up the refrigerator they came out the side. The host was aware of all the issues. Which maybe a week later he did try to clean the unit but the damage was already done. No offers were considered but clean and maybe try to fix the blinds that were hanging by a thread. I went through cleaning with bleach and cleaning solutions Everything in the kitchen needed to be disinfectant due to dead roaches, dust and so on. Toilets as well needed to be deep cleaned . It was a total disappointment. Plugs were hanging out the walls. I couldn't believe it. Especially for what I paid. I could go on and on about this apartment. Not worth the stay.

Beautiful property with a full on view of the ocean. The bathroom and kitchen amenities lent the apartment a cozy, homey feel. Reasons I didn't give the property a five: discovered scurrying little roach-like creatures in the kitchen, and there was a vague to strong odor of mold more towards the kitchen area; other than that, I loved the apartment!

Communication with the property rental folks was very very difficult and frustrating. It took several emails to even get an initial response. The rental unit had limited and inferior cookware. Our refrigerator broke down and all of our food was wasted. I sent an email about the wasted food and never even got a response let alone any form of compensation. All in all very disappointed with our stay at Yoo Panama Boutique Apartments.

Nous avons passé 4 semaines à cet hôtel. A notre arrivée, l'appartement n’était pas impeccable, les grands espaces oui, mais pas les endroits de rangement et il y en a beaucoup comme les tiroirs d’ustensiles. Par contre, nous avons demandé des articles pour effectuer nous mêmes l’entretien de l’appartement et ils nous ont été accordés très rapidement. En fait, l’aspect le plus positif de cet hôtel est que dès qu'on manifestait un besoin, l’hôte faisait de réels efforts pour régler la situation. Par exemple, le fourneau ne fonctionnait pas à notre arrivée, quelqu’un est venu rapidement le réparer. L’appartement était tel que décrit, la vue était magnifique, mais il faut accepter le bruit permanent de l’Avenida Balboa. Il est bien situé côté transport et très prêt de la cinque costera. Quand au personnel, mis à part la personne qui répondait très rapidement à nos courriels, nous n’avons eu de relations avec personne. En général, nous sommes satisfaits de notre séjour.

First of all when I got there, I did not have a passcode to get into my room and had to wait about 45 minutes for an Expedia representative all of this should have been taken care of prior to my arrival.I ordered queen beds I had a king bed because it was two person to a room. The reason why I ordered two queen beds I was not informed prior to my arrival that I needed a host. The host that was assigned to me was unavailable. They did not supply the requested supplies that was needed for my room and I had to ask for things more than one time and did not ever receive the things that I needed

Large, beautiful apartment, great view of the city, fast wifi, convenient location close to restaurants, groceries and $4 Uber to Old Town. Only area for improvement would be adding more basic conveniences such a few more rolls of toilet paper, garbage bags, kitchen utensils, bowls, cork screw, drying towels, glasses, etc etc that do not cost much and would greatly improve daily living for the guests.

Very nice apartment with city views. Clean (though sofa could use a good cleaning) Slight smell coming from near laundry room. Great kitchen with good assortment of kitchen utensils. Lots of closet space and the space was well organized. Wish there had been more than two rolls of toilet paper for the two bathrooms and more than two bath towels. The only issue I had was that I could not get into the room when promised and it took 2 hours to get in. Edgar told me he would check on things and get back to me in 10 minutes but didn't show up for almost two hours.

Great location, wonderful views, spacious apartment, with comfortable bed and good ac. Amenities in the building are great too.
