The Staff were friendly and polite. Breakfast (waffles, egg patty, toast, muffins, yogurt, apple and orange juice) could’ve been a little better but it was edible. Room and hallway had a weird smell, clean if that makes sense. Pool walls looked like it wasn’t clean so I didn’t get in but other guests did. Other than that it’s pleasant for the price. And… they charged my card for the first night before we even got on the road!!

Overall not bad for the price ( I used Expedia) and pretty much what I expected. The lounge chair needed a good steam cleaning and the floor better mopping but otherwise acceptable. On a down note the night desk never did pick up my call from the room phone as I had a question to ask so that was irritating. The complimentary breakfast was also as expected with the usual waffles, cereals, muffins, juices and fruits but as with so many hotel chains now the half fake powdered eggs are horrible. I understand the appeal for hotels in terms of efficiency and costs but hopefully enough people will complain that these chains ( including this one) will dump those horrible egg pancake looking pads for more real flavorful products! Again, overall I give them a passing grade.

Staff was awesome room smelled not sure what it smelled like. Halls smelled like urine on the second floor. The carpet was very nasty in the halls. Kids running around and in the neighborhood behind the hotel looked rough. Loud music and party in parking lot. Beds were comfy and clean. Picture in room 206 had mold or mildew growing

Building was in need of a deep clean. Outside property was not maitained with trash everywhere. Hotel wide open with no staff to be found. Breakfast was a joke, no staff attending. Room was in same condition as the rest of the building needing deep clean and refurbishing. Only positive - mattress, pillows, sheets, towels clean and comfortable. Not a good property for Wyndham.
