Nice Resort in a Quiet Area

A nice resort in a quiet area. Cleanliness was acceptable. Good accessibility to local attractions and water sports. Since this is a condo, don't expect the same level of onsite service as a hotel as front desk hours are quite limited. Sofa bed was not usable and when we requested a replacement, front desk recommended we purchase an air mattress from Walmart (we requested and expected three usable beds when we made the reservation and were only provided with two).

A relaxing change from PCB with Nature & Views

I stayed 4 days. The room was clean/classy. Great workout and spa and hot tub. Great natural views of bay, beach, golf and relaxing environment in walking distance to dinner. The property is well maintained.

This is not a HOTEL, it is a VACATION RENTAL

This is NOT a hotel. It is a vacation rental apartment block. The front desk had closed at 5:30pm on a Thursday afternoon and I had to traipse to the Marriott resort next door to get a 'temporary' one night key and register the next morning to get the permanent keys, which they had run out of and had to get from the Marriott next door again. Room was not serviced during our stay, beds unmade, room/ bathroom nor cleaned, only one roll of TP for the whole stay, had to go out and buy more. Poorly equipped kitchen with old appliances. Fine as a VACATION RENTAL, not a HOTEL. Construction underay in the main buildings, which are closed.

Ok weekend getaway

The view was great but the shower leaked badly and the light in the shower didn't work so it was dark. You could see that they tried to caulk the floor where it met the door but the water was all over the floor. You had to take quick showers. You only got one set of towels and we used two towels to mop it up and kept re-using the towels as it cost $10/day for fresh towels. On our second day, the hot tub was cloudy and not as hot as the first day and the warm pool was cloudy on the third day. The cold pool was clear each day. We told the man at the desk about the shower and light but no one came to try to fix it. The other rooms were nice.

Great accommodation for families

This was a condo and offered more than a typical hotel room. Spacious, tall ceilings, kitchen, washer/dryer. Nicely appointed with a beautiful large balcony to take in the bay views. Quiet area of PC beach.

Everything Is Walking Distance

It was an awesome stay. Everything was close the morning view out over the gulf is a must see. If you need anything all you have to do is ask. Great stay

Great stay

Enjoyed the property. Had everything we anticipated and convenient to Panama City Beach. Very quiet and clean with nice pools and great pier onto bay!

The accommodations were lovely. The grounds, pool and hot tub were immaculate. We booked the two bedroom condo. The rooms were neat and clean; the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The hotel staff was friendly, polite and helpful. I would highly recommend a stay with Sterling Resorts at Bay Point.

Great resort, great staff!

This was my first time staying at this resort but it will not be my last; I thoroughly enjoyed the resort and the staff! Everyone was professional and pleasant; particularly, the desk clerks: Jordan and Jess.

Nice hotel for price.

This hotel was nice. Kitchen had everything I needed for a short visit. Did have on roach visit with us. On arrival, irequested a room on an upper level floor. None were available which was unfortunate. Pleasant week with good weather. If the price were right, I would certainly stay again at this location.

The hotel is not on the beach which we though it was by looking at the map and seeing the hotels website. You are on an inlet of the ocean and it is quite a long walk to their little beach they have. The only problem is there are no waves there and it smells terrible of dead fish. The pool area of the hotels is very nice. There are multiple pools to use. We had a couple of issues with the room. When we went to bed the first night the couch bed sheets had not been changed and were dirty. There was no one to contact to get clean sheets. We took the top sheet off our bed for the kids to have one. The second issue was the garbage disposal was stopped up and maintenance was off our first two days there. I ended up fixing it myself. Spring Break in Panama is busy and it was a nice place off of the strip, I would probably stay again but would check the room much better on Saturday before eveyone goes home and maintenance gets their days off.

Comfortable Place with a Fabulous View

We stayed in a 2 bedroom condo with the most wonderful view. We had a pool view, a golf course view, and a view of the bay all rolled into one!!! The condo was clean and comfortable. It is off the beaten path in a quiet, gated community. Since we were traveling in the off season, the price we paid for the condo was amazingly affordable. The indoor pool is located in a building next door, so the kids did have to walk outside in wet clothes but the weather was decent. Would have been nice if the outdoor pool was heated, but it was freezing cold. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with this place and would love to stay there again.
