"The staff here is friendly and helpful. We would stay there again. Some small issues with pillows locking doors on porches etc. But overall good area and comfortable bedding."

"We had a great stay. We stayed here for one night on our way to Bocas del Toro. It was close enough to both airports to make connections quick and easy. The hotel is nice and the staff was very friendly."

"The staff at the hotel was not accommodating at all. When advised on issues with the room, there was no response until we had to make a number of calls. The room was not cleaned properly causing us to have to call guest services repeatedly. There were delays in someone even answering the phone. The choices for breakfast were very limited and the food was cold. We will not visit this hotel again."

"The hotel is in a great location, close to many choices of restaurants and places of interest to see. The staff went out of their way to make the transition as soon as we landed as easy as it gets. Transportation from the airport, places to see, restaurants, even set us up with a private tour of the canal. We will definitely be coming back and this will be our choice of places to stay. Thank you fir a great trip."

"Beautiful room, French food at the restaurant was amaaaazing. Even had a violin player one night. Staff were super helpful. The rooftop wasn’t used much but you could tell the staff kept eyes on it. Perfect location for everything in Casco."

"If you ever want to sleep do not stay here. The noise from nightclubs is unbearably loud - till sunrise. The room literally shakes all night with the volume. I unexpectedly needed accommodation after being robbed at gunpoint so booked in a bit of a panic. Paid $100 US for a private ensuite room with balcony and sea view which I was not given at check in. Was moved to another room but it did not look like the photos - and def no view. I have stayed in a lot of hostels so have realistic...
