"I first wanna say there was a nice welcome gift, a bottle of champagne and two chill bottles of water and the bed was comfortable. No towel, only a bathmat, no Wi-Fi, although it was advertised, AAA batteries, and only one remote device, so I had to keep switching them until I went and bought another set and brought them home with me.

"I had such a tranquil experience at this resort. Jovany is amazing and so helpful! It was my first time in Panama and this place welcomed me and it felt like home. I am definitely coming back. My secret sanctuary ❤️❤️"

"One of the most extraordinary places we visited during our stay in Panama. If the noisy, smelly and crowded Bocas Town is not for you (as well), then definitely check out the Al Natural Residence and/or resort. Away from anything else, in the middle of nature, beaches and gorgeous sealife! The residence was just perfect, with stunning views over the ocean and the jungle. Highly recommended!"

"Beautiful clean room, "

"The property in still in a phase of construction/ remodel on one of the buildings but that did not hamper our stay at all. They were very attentive and accommodating. We had a booking issue with expedia and Antonio was great to compensate for the error and put us in a room when he had none. It all worked out great in the end Like to give a shout out to Cesar as well."
