"Enjoyed the spacious room and roof top pool accommodations. The room did have a few items missing upon inspection. There was a tea kettle for use but no tea cups or mugs. There were large bath towels in the bathroom but no face or hand towels for use. Overall, the staff was friendly during check in but we did notice a reluctance to provide information regarding food options as the restaurants on site did not open until 6PM at the earliest."

"Room is big and clean. Convinience next to the mall. Only problem is that the room and bathroom has a smell ( a bit unpleasant). Not sure where it come from. "

"Very nice and clean hotel room. good food and nearby night club along with food street. You can choose which night life you want .. LOL :-) But be carefull when you bring your children walking after working hour since so many ladies and event lady boys on the way to the street food area at Jalan Alor, it might make them uncomfortable. The hotel room is very very comfort and clean. Love it "

"The spacious lobby was very luxurious. When I arrived at the hotel, my friend and I had a dinner date coming up, so I did not check in and asked them to leave my luggage for me first, which they did very smoothly. There is a pool and a bar at the end of the lobby, and you can feel the open and relaxing atmosphere of the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable everywhere. The staff was smiling and quick to respond to any problems I had. They made my stay very wonderful."

"the location is good, the staff who help me in check-in is nice and helpful guy, but the hotel service is not good, there's no remote TV in the room, because our flight is delayed, so we arrived late at the hotel then after put our luggages we went out for dinner, later when came back, we cant find the TV remote, so we called and asked for it, waited for 40 minutes nobody came and we called again and the lady said it's on the way, waited again for 1 hour and still nobody sent the remote, so...

"A very good hotel for the price. Room I stayed in was smaller, but clean. Only issue i had was the room was lacking supplies for the tea/coffee. "
