"There is nothing that I could say negatively about my stay. I was treated very well by the staff all the way from my landing to my departure. The room was amazing. The beach is more private, so I was able to enjoy a quiet, relaxing day. I don’t see any reason to stay anywhere else for my future trips to Boracay."

"The rooms are very clean. I started with direct access for four nights in the premium room and then enjoyed prime so much that I canceled another hotel. I was going to and got the Direct access for three more nights, but not a premium room and although the room was smaller, the layout was great and the food was awesome but the staff including Toffee at the front desk were great, and the host Marian at the buffet was so helpful and courteous. After seven nights at prime, we’ve now been four nights at the Palms and was truly spoiled by the direct access of the pool"
