"BED BUGS! Do not stay at this hotel. We found a bed bug crawling on our pillow when we were winding down for the night. We documented it and reported it to staff immediately, got a new room but felt absolutely disgusted. Save yourself and book elsewhere. It was a complete nightmare and when we requested a refund, we were denied. "

"The room was very outdated and the beds were awful. We went to the bar to grab a drink at 9pm and it was closed. Staff were very friendly. "

"We were supposed to stay for two nights but my son got ill after the first night. Spoke to the front desk and they said it was no problem to cancel the second night for a full refund. But since we booked through hotels.com, they said to contact them. So we left and headed back to canada. Called hotels.com on the ride home and the hotel refused to refund the money. Complete scammers The room was also filthy, shower was full of mold and hotel was super noisy all night long. Very difficult for children to sleep"
