"We had a hiccup with our reservation, but the front desk staff made it a breeze. She was so helpful and made it stress free. The breakfast was great, the staff was friendly, and the room was clean."

"Check-in was smooth, and the front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, the room itself was disappointing. It had an unpleasant odor, the vinyl flooring was lifting in several areas, and the bathroom counter was too small to comfortably hold toiletries. The shower tile also appeared stained and unclean. I was not informed that I had been assigned an accessible room. Since I arrived late, I chose not to request a different room, but I would have if I'd had the opportunity....

"We stayed here before heading into ONP. Sadly the pool was closed while we were there, which we didn't know until the morning of, and my kids were bummed. They did upgrade us to a bigger room & suggested local swimming spots, which was very kind. Room was clean, spacious & comfy. The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfast we've ever had! Lots of warm options, very clean. Impressive!"

The walls are a little thin and we heard another guest in the next room snoring (earplugs were provided. lol). There was competition for the shared bathroom in the morning. "Room was clean and beds comfortable. It was great to have free secure underground parking. The breakfast set up was very elaborate with something for every type of breakfast eater. Staff was polite and helpful. An all around good experience."
