"Departed Tuesday after a week on the property. Same experience as last year when the pool heater was dis functional now this ‘Summer’ they are claiming a 3 month maintenance issue so the whole pool is closed. It was by the way running fine the whole time we were there. So heartbreaking seeing all the disappointment in the children as families check in and are told the pool is down for the summer. Never again Best Western you have disappointed me and my family for the very last time!"

"Breakfast options were between a granola bar and a danish pastry. No other choices, then you can have either apple or orange juice. No milk, cereal, eggs or even a piece of fruit..the bathroom toiletries were two: make up removal and a small bottle of conditioner. Not even a bar of soap Gym doesn't open until 7am"
