"The owner of the hotel overbooked the hotel. We were left without a room and they still charged the night. It has been a week and still can not receive my refund back. Horrible service. Why couldn’t they cancel the booking and avoid all this unnecessary hassle? Terrible terrible service. Never booking with Oyo Hotels again!!"
