"We were so lucky to find this hotel at short notice. Perfectly positioned next to the lake in Como. The hotel has only just opened after extensive refurbishment and it is beautiful. The staff couldn't be more helpful and the service was first class.
The roof top bar is beautiful with views across the lake and the old town. We couldn't recommend it enough. 5*

"Struttura molto bella e curata in ogni dettaglio; la camera era un vero e proprio appartamento con ampi spazi, eccellente la pulizia. Posizione ottima in pieno centro a pochi passi dal lago e a cinque minuti a piedi da un ampio parcheggio coperto. Ottima anche l’accoglienza e il check in, abbiamo tardato rispetto all’ora di arrivo prevista e sono stati molto gentili nell’attenderci.

"The hotel has a great location. It is within walking distance to city center, ferry terminal. There are restaurants and boutiques in every corner/ street and 1 door down to the hotel. A beauty salon right next door where I did my hair.

Wonderful, compassionate young lady, she was very helpful providing support. We were 4 friends and all of us experienced the same. Then, the ladies at the breakfast area, Rebeca and Dasha, very attentive and friendly.
