They said no info from Expedia and refused to stay though I showed confirmation numbers etc. Their system not connected to Expedia they said. Better check otherwise same bad experience repeat by others

The room was okay, chalet is very near to the beach. Location wise is a good choice. No breakfast due to CMCO but easy to find foods nearby.

Check in part was very unprofessional. No receipt, didn’t check any booking proof and the staff was unpleasant. The rooms is another disappointment. Booked for 2 same room but definitely different. Aircond was bad and end up we ourselves fix and clean the filter. Their mattresses and extra beds was a joke! Overall conditions not worth the price.

Bonjour La chambre sentais la moisissure, j’ai réglé en espèces Le monsieur il a gardé la monnaie sous prétexte pas de monnaie , pas de l eau chaud, les mûres et le lit plein de taches c est l’horreur. Et pas de connections ds la chambre pas une bouteille d eau Rien un hôtel fantôme. Mauvais passage.

Quel dommage, c'est une adresse bien située à quelques mètres de la plage mais vieillissante et mal entretenue, la literie est mauvaise et sale, le lavabo de la salle de bains fuit, un tiroir d'une table de nuit est cassé… un très mauvais rapport qualité/prix. Et puis, l'accueil n'est pas du tout au rendez-vous, pas de ménage pendant notre séjour de 4 nuits, le petit-déjeuner est très quelconque. La propriétaire nous avait proposé de réserver un taxi pour nous afin de nous emmener à l'embarcadère des ferries mais à l'heure convenue, pas de taxi ni de propriétaire en vue pour nous dire au revoir !

Lovely chalet close to the beach. Spacious air con rooms, good shower and nice terrace, although a little close to other chalets. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic and self serve. The hotel is right on a fairly busy, built up road so could be noisy in holiday times. Lots of places to eat nearby and coral beach was lovely.

Very close to the beach as u can walk to the beach and there r many food stalls along the beach tht u need not to worry about food as well.. breakfast served but it was below average. Room was okie.. not bad for beach resort and good quality for the money..

Nice hotel n friendly staff. But the air conditioner is not working so well. The bathroom door doesnt have lock from outside so it cannot be close from outside to restraint the air conditioner coldness.

Pangkor getaway 2019

It was amazing. The owner was really helpful, the rooms were okay and we loved the surrounding area, the fact that it's near the beach and the stalls/restaurants along the beach!

Good value - genuine, friendly and helpful.

Great location with a convenient store a minutes walk away and an excellent beach (Coral Beach) just a few minutes away. Restaurants and street food just outside. Rooms are basic with the neccessities one needs - comfy bed, AC and shower with hot water.  Staff was very friendly and helpful. They have a few mopeds you can rent for a good price to get you around the island.

Hôtel un peu vieillot pas très bien entretenue, proche de la plage, mais celle ci est très sale, dommage Chambre confortable et petit déjeuner correct Prix (37 €) beaucoup trop élevé Attention, le responsable malgré son apparente gentillesse a essayé de nous louer un scooter beaucoup plus cher qu'ailleurs

Menginap disini 2h1m. Utk sekadar tidur dan mandi boleh la dan tidak setimpal dgn harga. Mungkin di tempat kaw peranginan ia masih boleh di gunakan sekiranya dah tada pilihan lain. Tidur....tilam mcm lama....duduk aje spt tilam patah. Bangun pagi...sakit badan. Sewa motor.....dpt motor buruk. Rosak dan tunda. Tunggu rescue dtg hampir sejam lebih. Akhirnya xdpt guna motor dan duit sewa burn, katanya sbb dah setuju guna. Kalau buat panggilan tonasi suara customer service tak mesra pelanggan. Pesan pd rakan kalau ada pilihan yg lebih baik....elok lupakan dulu Ombak inn ni sehingga ia perbetulkan prasarana serta customer service. Hindari imej yg -ve. Andai xnk berubah dan alpakan segala komen pengguna terpulanglah. Nasihat sya pd yg nk bercuti kesini buatlah pilihan yg bijak

Will not come again

Went there for 3 days 2 nights with 4 other family members. When arrived, was told by the elder female owner that the 2nd room booked for my 3 family members was too small and would not fit them comfortably. She suggested to have a change to a slightly bigger room with an extra sofa bed, but we have to pay extra RM50. Her understanding on what a sofa bed is must be different than us, as what given instead would surely give any person sleeping on it a slipped disc the day after - it was almost like a harden plank with springs. Requested to get the original room and RM50 back, but was 'assured' by the owner that a separate mattress would be provided instead. She was somehow adamantly refused to refund us the RM50. The amount is not really that much of an issue, but more to integrity - we paid for something, and when it cannot be delivered, the common sense is for us to have the money back. Common world understanding that does not even require a PhD. I decided to just let it go in the name of respecting an elder. The bathroom's sink was not working well, with leaking coming out when I turned the tap on. A staff came to fix it, but failed to and left the leaking midway by saying he did not know how to fix it and that the actual in-house plumber was away in the mainland. I had to turn off the main water pipe just to stop water from leaking out from the sink. Apparently, 1 of the taxi drives told us that the female owner was infamous and not the 1st time this happened.
