"Overall the property was good…but the room was small cramped and warn very dated underwhelming for price. Buffet both dinner and breakfast was average all canned prepared foods nothing made from scratch. The General Store was incredible..It’s Buc-ee's of Utah!"

"Parking is on the back, very safe. The owner of the property was very gracious. You will be nicely surprised how nice the rooms are. Great beds and amenities. Plus steak house right next door. Would stay there again."

"The managers were helpful- do ask for an extra quilt if you go in winter or spring because the heater seems like it is going to shake itself off the wall if you leave it on for too long! I opted to keep it off for the night."

"The location is great near Bryce Canyon NP, and the idea of the western themed buildings is cute, but the porches and entrances are quite shabby. The staff was minimally helpful. I had to ask where to get ice—and was directed to an outside building. A child—maybe 10 years old—answered the bell at morning checkout. The breakfast was adequate."

"We stayed in room 5. It was very clean and so comfortable. Beds are comfortable and there is a small kitchenette and little table that makes it perfect for eating or playing games. They are finishing up a lot of the upgrades to the property so it will only get better in the areas outside the rooms. "
