The reviews gave this hotel an 8 review. I give it more like a 4 or 5. The price was good. The room was clean, yet smelled. Everything in the room was old. We did not have a good nights sleep. The shower was okay and the bathroom okay, yet the bathroom was old with a broken window.

Great value motel in a good, historic town, location for Bryce Canyon. Room was dated but clean and comfortable.

Would highly recommend this motel, comfortable beds, very clean! Appreciated the filtered water in the ice room. Laundry was across the street at a sister resort with only one washer and dryer so not too convenient.

This was my third time booking this hotel, but due to changes in my travel plans, I had to cancel the previous two reservations. This time, I finally stayed here for the first time—and it far exceeded my expectations. I run a hotel in Los Angeles myself, so I believe my perspective is quite objective. While this is a classic old-style motel, the room facilities and cleanliness really impressed me. The bedding was especially comfortable. The older-style air conditioning unit was quieter than expected, but given the higher elevation and cool nights, I didn’t need it at all—the room stayed perfectly comfortable. The in-room Wi-Fi, bathroom amenities, and water pressure were all excellent. I also appreciated the convenience of having a microwave, mini-fridge, and other thoughtful touches. For anyone visiting Bryce Canyon, this is definitely a great choice. There’s a supermarket right across the street and another just a 2-minute drive away, which makes it even more convenient. Highly recommended!

Nice and quiet motel on route to Zion National park. Lady at the front desk was sweet. Clean, cozy rooms with good bed and clean sheets and blankets. Motel had RC, hair drier, shampoo conditioner, tv and also a microwave. Excellent deal for the price

This is a 'Mom and Pop's hotel, and we really liked it. While older, it is clean; also, the mattresses were newer than we've found in some of the chain hotels. The staff is super friendly and caring; we had two nights booked, but took all our stuff with us after the first night, and they called to make sure we were ok and would be returning.
