"I love the Hyatt Place Amarillo-West. It has an amazing full breakfast. The rooms are good and noise levels are a minimum. But this stay had one problem. The previous customer had set the alarm for 6:00am. So, we were awakened at 6:00am to our surprise. If you stay in a hotel with an alarm clock. Make sure you check to confirm that alarm is turned off."

"Hotel is getting a little old but it is always clean and has basic fitness center and nice indoor pool. It is close to lots of restaurants and shopping. The breakfast is sub par but acceptable."

"No amenities in the room. Such as no microwave or coffee maker. We were told we had to have things picked up for the maids to come in. Not sure what that means or why you clean up for the maids. I do know they did not come the first day and nothing was out except toiletries in the bathroom. But overall it was a clean and quiet place."
