"It looked like a new hotel. It was very clean and the staff was amazing! They put out cookies each day and they had a bar each evening with happy hour. The indoor pool was small, but clean. They also offered a free breakfast each morning and always had coffee hot and ready to drink in the lobby."

"The pull out couch bedding was not ready when we arrived. We had to call down to reception then told to go get it ourselves from reception. Stain on pull out mattress. Apple juice not working properly at breakfast. Not horrible, just not a positive experience especially when booking a franchise like bed western in my opinion. "

"We stay here twice a year. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. They have a nice breakfast. They also have a grassy area for dogs."

"There was very good AC. The room had a chair in the corner with a broken leg. The breakfast wasn’t that great at all. Biscuits tasted like they were a day old. Several of the breakfast items were very low in stock. "

"Horrible experience. Worst experience in a hotel. Booked our reservation 2 months in advance and showed up 3 house after check in and room was not ready and had to wait for 1 hour after driving 9 hours with young children. Staff blew off the situation and when escalated to the manager Mark he threatened to kick us out of the facility for simply bringing up the issue. First review I’ve left but this hotel and staff are horrible. Would not recommend and will never stay at this facility again. "
