"The room was not thoroughly cleaned when we arrived. The toilet had waste in it that was not flushed; there was hair on the shower floor and in the floor of the room; the rug was not vacuumed, as there were nail clippings on it; and the room was dusty, which could be seen on the tables and cups."

"Room was hot, no air conditioning, no screen on the only window that opened allowing mosquitoes in to bite us. Either that or no sleep due to being too hot. No staff, tried to contact via email but received no response."
