They did warn that it could be loud next to the square and provided ear plugs however the noise stopped early and didn’t bother us at all"

"The good elements: This hotel is very well located in Portoroz and the staff was very welcoming and helpful! Quite a lot of options for the free breakfast. The downsides: The hotel needs a total renovation as it is quite outdated. Smelly carpets in both hallways and rooms. The wifi was up and down. The elevators were very slow and long waits. The food at the free breakfast, while there’s a lot of options, was not quite good (had difficulty digesting). The door of our bathroom broke while we...
