Most places I stay make breakfast available by at 6:30; here, 7:00, which is inconvenient for earlier flights out or meetings. Certainly not the worst hotel I've stayed at, but not 4-5 star quality. "The room was a really great size, with two balconies. The value was excellent and the hotel had an ideal location, with it being walkable to the beach. "The property is in a great location within walking distance to Souk El Had, which is exactly what I was looking for. It does need updating as the rooms are very outdated, but were comfortable. The front desk staff are very nice and helpful. There is however a manager that is usually downstairs that could be a bit more professional. He did not realize that I understand the local language and was rudely talking about me to another staff complaining about me eating a snack in the lobby area. I also...

"la prestation proposée ne correspond pas à la réalité. L'état général de l'hotel est déplorable. Informations mensongères. Plage trés éloignée et difficile d'accès. L'appartement sale, état quasi insalubre, matériel inexistants : micro onde ? seche cheveux ? produits hygiène. Je déconseille fortement cet hotel piscine = sale catastrophe, à fuir de toute urgence"
