"We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Excellent hospitality, several buffet breakfast options. They have parking available if you are driving a rental. Walking distance to groceries, restaurants and great vibe. If you are looking for a beach front hotel, this is it! Nice sunset view from the beach. We loved every bit of it. Thank you. "

"It was a very nice stay in a quiet place outside Platanias busy main street. It had 2 very good greek restaurant (4.8 and 4.9 on google map) just 1 minutes away. Staff was friendly and helpfull. Only negative was that the freezer was out of order and the stove didt give much heat and cooking took a long time. But we would like to return! 🙂"

"Beautiful hotel, spotlessly clean with lovely quality furnishings. Good breakfast buffet with plenty of choice. All the staff were really friendly and the service was excellent. Pool area is lovely with plenty of beds, connected to the beach with use of the hotels sunbeds. Food at the pool bar is lovely. We booked a garden view room which had the worst view of any hotel I have stayed in, roof view with a few plants on it and rotten windows, we didn’t use the balcony once. We had room 317, so if...

"First above all, the hotel is super friendly and has a great location. The staff became personal friends almost immediately. The rooms and drink/dining were way above expectations and the breakfast far exceeded anything we've ever seen. The beach and surroundings are gorgeous and welcoming with a visit everyday. "Beautiful newly refurbished hotel-all fixtures and fittings felt brand new. The overall feel was relaxing and chill- no booming music from the pool. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. We didn’t use the spa facilities due to a busy schedule but really wished we had, the prices were very reasonable considering they were asking €35 for foot massage on the beach!"

"Mycket trevlig ankomst då killen som jobbat gjorde allt för vi skulle kännas oss välkomna. Bra rum, väldigt bra städat och detta stämmer på resten av veckan med. Två balkonger så man kunde välja skugga beroende på tidpunkt (rum 12) Skön säng med riktig bra kuddar, väl fungerande AC. I ”köket” fanns kylskåp med frysfack, kaffekokare glas och tallrikar. Bra läge, ja helt enkel ett riktigt bra hotel mitt i Platanias "

"The place was great. The people at the front desk, bell staff and housekeeping were the best and most helpful. Our stay was near the end of the season so the restaurant was understaffed and a little slow. On the other hand there are so many great places to eat within short walking distance it didn't really matter. Highly recommended. Next time I will split time between here and old Chania."
