"Wonderfully helpful and friendly staff, great location and the pool was nice. Our apartment was well equipped, however it needs a bit of a deep clean as it does have a bit of a smell. The roller blinds have some mould spots on them, the couch cushions were a bit smelly & there was a bit of cobweb on the wall and ceiling in one of the rooms. "

"Room recently renovated so all new amenities in our apartment. Location is excellent , close to beach, surf club and shopping strip. Just a small downfall was traffic noise during the night. There are road works happening at the moment."

"The room is fabulous and the staff is superb! We had some issues when we tried to stay here the first time but when I complained they responded very quickly and then gave us a complimentary stay and refund! They didn’t have to do that but I’m so impressed that they did. Would highly recommend this hotel! "

"Sadly as a new hotel they are still learning, staff were fabulous, no fault with any of them, the amenities were definitely not to our liking, Glass doors on both shower & toilet was a bit overwhelming for an older couple, there was no privacy, the younger generation might have a bit of fun with it. The rooftop bar, fantastic, but, but there should an area the hotel guests use exclusively, at least till a certain time, as I said it's very new & they will probably improve with time."

"The room was beautiful and clean, Tess the manager was so friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the whole room was set out perfectly. We had the pool right outside of our room too."

"Stay here quite regularly, the staff know us when we have appointments at the nearby hospital. Staff are wonderful and caring. The bathroom we had did leak and needed extra towels to mop up the water leaking onto the carpet. The other downside is the wifi connection to the TV, we always seem to have trouble to connect no matter using Accor or hot spot."
