We were told this was an upgrade but upon entering the room we realised it was not what we were expecting. "I always look at reviews before staying somewhere new and can’t believe the negative comments made recently. Things like only bottled water provided on the first day it was provided every day, air conditioning not working it worked perfectly, problems with the lifts there weren’t any.
