"The hotel does not have a reception but the instructions provided were detailed and clear. Washer and dryer available, including laundry soap which was a bonus."

"We chose this hotel because of its strong reviews, but our experience was disappointing from start to finish. After a delayed flight we arrived at around 2am. Room service had finished at 11pm, there was only a packet of nuts in the minibar, and we were greeted by an unfriendly notice warning guests not to consume their own food and drink in the room. The room was cold and we couldn't get the heating to work. The next morning there was no hot water for a bath and we were told to let it run for...

"Absolutely the kindest and most helpful staff! The breakfast was delicious. Everything was wonderful. Thank you so much!"

"View was brilliant but pool side can get busy at times."

"Location good and parking available. Good bed and shower."

"Superb location, large room, well appointed! Courtyard now s building site but didn’t detract from our stay in this lovely city."

"Construction going on now. Very loud noise at 8am"

"Perfect journey"

"Great location and beautiful apartment as well. Highly recommendations!!!"

"excellent location"

"Great location, reasonable price. Would recommend!"

"Very convenient location, with a balcony looking out to the waterfront promenade during the day and beautiful night light in the evening."

"Staff at front desk excellent! Convenient location.Grocery store across street and laundry next door! Nice clean room. If you get a room with courtyard view instead of street view prepare to see miscellaneous roofing, wood, and other people's balcony close by as your view. Aside from that. Excellent!"

"Very nice apartment! The location is excellent. Walking distance to lots of attractions."

"Sauber, sehr zentral, einfach"

"It’s an ok place. It’s difficult to find. It’s not a hotel. It’s an apartment building and there is NO Reception room! You literally stand outside like a homeless person and wait till someone walks by on the sidewalk. There is no sign outside, no open door to enter. You are outside of a locked door on a street with grafiti. Then a man who works there will come after 30 minutes of standing and ask you if you have a booking , and he unlocks the door to show you the room. Rooms are clean...

"Great location, in the heart of the city, walking to everywhere you want to go. Rooms were ok, things needed TLC, TV remote had only 3 buttons working, AC never kicked in, had to walk a floor to get to elevator. Would I stay there again? Yes. Would I paid the same price? No"
