"The hotel is well situated in a lovely area, beachfront property. The front staff Juan and Victoria working in Roots was absolutely amazing and very helpful. Rooms could be bigger, many of the restaurants were closed for the season and the gym undergoing renovation. Given it’s a 5* property, there should have been better arrangements or reduction in overall costs."

"Todo bien estaba limpio justo como estaba en la foto lo del check in fue súper fácil ahora lo de la llave no estaba en el candado de arriba por ende no era el número que nos dieron tuve que llamar no hablan español pero nos ayudaron rápido lo único que deben cambiar el matre por lo demás excelente el lugar la piscina el fresco de el balcón excelente"
