"It was the best location within old town. Just next to Pile gate by opposite the fountain. We did not need to lug our Baggage too far. Victor was so nice and he let us in early at 10:30am so we could join some 11:00am tours. Nice new spacious rooms with a good size bathroom. Great shower with plenty of hot water. No noise issues at all I would highly recommend this to anyone. We had daily breakfast just outside Pile gate for about 25euro per person."

"The room was clean and large. It had more old world charm than I was expecting, but it functioned pretty well in terms of lighting, AC, and outlet placement. The staff was friendly. It's mainly one person running everything, but she was very helpful. The location was a 7 minute walk from Old Town. The walking area does get narrow in some places, but otherwise it makes for a nice stroll. The location is also relatively quiet, with just the sounds of cars driving by."

"A fabulous small hotel right in the centre of Dubrovnik just off the main street. Very friendly and helpful staff. Extremely clean. We didn't use any of the facilities in the hotel as we went out as we were so close to dozens of restaurants. "Great location in the centre, but is also quiet at night, though if you are in a front facing room you will hear them setting out tables in the Square from around 6ish. The bed is extremely comfortable. The room we were in was very good. Staff were helpful. The only things to be aware of are - breakfast. It is very poor in terms of quality and also its quite cold in terms of the welcome you get. No one says hello, shows you to a table etc for example. The granola is possibly the worst...
