"宿泊客は勿論ですがスタッフも外国の方が多かったです。英語表記、表示が多かったので分かりにくかった……。館内図を見やすくしてくれると助かります。朝食は大変美味しくて最高でした！部屋は広々でキレイなお部屋でしたし隣の部屋や廊下の音は聞こえないし快適でした！ただシュノーケルが出来ると思ってたんですが出来なくて残念でした。でもまた絶対！ココに泊まる！マジ最高でした！"

"クラブラウンジが子供は18:30までなのが不満だった。それなりの費用を払っているのだから、大人と同等の時間滞在させてほしい。"

"Quite beautiful location on a great bay and beach, easy walk to snorkeling, outstanding food in the restaurants on site. Great shopping on site at the same cost as anywhere on the island. Zukeyama was a short 15 minute walk to the south of this resort which was an absolute delightful Japanese restaurant operated by husband and wife, best sashimi I’ve eaten in many years."

"The hotel had a beautiful fish pond in the foyer, with skate, puffer fish and many other fish, and food to feed them with. A whole wall of the ground floor was dedicated for drawing on and at the end of the week was repainted, great for kids. Outside was a huge lake of water with various types of fish and a turtle 🐢! The greatest buffet breakfast with so many different options and freshly baked croissants. The rooms were good but a little tired looking"
