"We had a great stay at Stony Rise Lodge! We booked in advance and were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to the Executive Suite on arrival. The property is well appointed, comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast each morning. Special thanks to Donna, Dave, Ash and Roscoe for your hospitality and all the love and care that clearly goes into running this property. We would happily recommend to others and will be back! "We stayed there for one night. We didn't spend much time in the Caravan park but we did noticed that the facilities are very clean and well maintained. The cabin was very clean and the bed it was comfortable as well. Very friendly staff. There is no much to do in the caravan park but definitely worth it for overnight stay. Heaps to do in that area! The "breakfast served daily" note in this Expedia listing is to be interpreted as served downtown in the restaurant of your choice (and paid for by you) LOL. The vibe here is memorable and the history is fascinating. We loved our stay."

"We took one look at the place and left. The toilets and shower were disgusting. If i wanted to stay in a caravan park i would have! The add was very miss leading. It is definetly no motel. Would not recommend to anyone. No TV service."
