"We booked our stay at this hotel based on the reviews. Our first impression of the hotel was a bit strange. Our interaction with the front desk was very cold. My wife and I felt as we were a bother to the front desk staff as well as the coworkers in the front entrance. No greeting, Not even a hello. The room was ok. Dated! The air conditioning unit was so loud, it would wake me up at night when it went on. Mind you it was just replaced according to the Manager. If you stay at this hotel stay away from room 201. The hotel should never offer this room. The room is located next to the Staff supply closets/ Staff staircase door and the door made a lit of noise when it closed. Again waking me up while sleeping. The rest of the staff---wait staff, Beach staff were friendly. The hotel had a restaurant on the beach that was nice, but the couple of
times we ate there, the food was always luke warm or cold. We informed the staff, but nothing ever came of it. I hope the hotels takes this review seriously so they can fix all of the above mentioned. I usually do not write reviews, but I felt I had to. Livio "
