"This property is directly on the beach making it very convenient. The front desk staff - Jeanie and RJ - were amazing and always handled requests quickly and in a genuinely, friendly manner. The continental breakfast was always running low on items well before the cut-off time - food and cutlery, alike - not sure if it was a staffing issue. There is no restaurant on site for lunch or dinner and no snacks or beverages to purchase either. We had to go off-site and stock up or use a service such as UberEats. We were there as a family for 9 nights and had our room cleaned once throughout the stay as the property does not offer daily housekeeping. The front desk offered us the one day cleaning as we had a longer stay but we would have preferred daily housekeeping, or at least every other day. However, the front desk was great at providing towels whenever we asked for them along with toilet paper and tissues when we ran low."

The Colony Hotel Palm Beach

"The colony hotel is a boutique hotel with a Palm Beach flair. Great pastel colors throughout the hotel. Clean rooms and a manicured property. We had a beautiful junior suite that was very comfortable and well decorated. The bathroom is small but what do you expect when the hotel was built in 1940s. Yes we did run into a few issues. One is we had to have three different Keurig coffee makers in order to get one to work. However, the staff responded immediately and they also offered hot coffee brought to our room for the inconvenience. The pool area is a place to be seen. They have fun games of bingo or trivia during the beginning of the week which are well attended. Besides the above, what stands out the most was the impeccable service. The service is provided by texting and then receiving immediate feedback. Whether you need lunch at the beach or you need a ride to your favorite local restaurant ( which there are many) all that is required was a quick text. I love this place and will return again"
