"The hotel was absolutely perfect in the heart of Pineapple Grove full of restaurants, boutiques and Ft. Lauderdale class and charm. The staff at the concierge desk always made you feel welcomed greeting you with warm smiles and eager to assist in making your stay a 5 star experience. Isabella is a ray of sunshine and truly brings and ultimate shine to The Ray.The housekeeping staff are so very pleasant and go above and beyond to keep you in a rich and elegant atmosphere. I just wish daily breakfast was included in the package and access to a microwave."

"The hotel was super nice and located in a great spot! the staff was friendly and super helpful. They had a shuttle that would pick you up and drop you off anywhere within a 2 mile radius which was so helpful for exploring! The restaurant and market on the ground floor were great as well."
