"Probably the best location in St Paul’s bay. Just off the main busy tourist area. Lovely pool area, plenty of sun beds. Beds were comfy and balcony overlooking the pool and the bay. Breakfast was good, and plenty of it. As with all buffets a bit of pot luck as to how fresh the hot food was when you turn up. The only issue preventing me giving the hotel an outstanding review was the maintenance. Considering this was the start of the season it seems that little work had been done on maintenance....

"Super challenging to find, signage is tiny and was a difficult place to locate. No clear directions on how to find the place or signage. Overall, place was spacious, clean and had everything a family needs for a comfortable stay. Lots of noise from delivery staff that hang out on the front steps and just outside this place smoking pot and other vapes. Other guests a noisy and no consideration for other guests. "This was a very bizzare property. It’s NOT a hotel. It’s a 3 Bedroom apartment with locking bedroom doors. There is a common living room and common kitchen. The property is run from an office in Italy and they don’t do well with English. The wi-fi was terrible and the beds were awful. "Property location was good just a 10 min walk from the square. Staff were mostly polite and friendly. Pool was ok plenty of sun beds for the time of year we were there. Menu for breakfast was limited to the same 6 items every day. Rooms very basic.
