"Firstly, the hotel had a Good location, friendly staff and good food. Disappointing that the snack bar was closed during our stay and all inclusive drinks was limited and only until 10:30, hot drinks were also limited to morning times. Entertainment was lacklustre and mainly for an older audience. The hotel rooms were basic but were cleaned daily. Overall an ok stay, but you could get better for the price."

"Hotel is extremely busy with teenage summer camps. Breakfast was good but very busy. Some staff nice but some are very abrupt,we struggled to get any boiled water for babies bottles, it proved very difficult and staff were not very accommodating. "

"I was here for one week and this hotel is the most luxurious and best situated for adults. The property sits directly on Fenals beach. The views from the ocean side rooms are unbelievable. They property to closed to non- guests. It is very peaceful and quiet. Far from the teenaged crazy loud nightlife. The breakfast is fresh w a good variety. Served til 10:30. The restaurant is a bit over- priced … but w through view and the ambience ….. it’s a good value. The staff is very professional. They protect their ice like it’s gold. Lol. They insist no outside foods or drinks are brought into the property. So I suppose withholding ice helps enforce that. I had a looked at several hotels in this area - now that I’m here it is VERY obvious I made the best choice. Amazing. Don’t hesitate to book. It is not new - it has personality and is updates w modern touches. It’s very clean. The bed was perfect. Bathroom small but very comfortable. Definitely a 5 ⭐️"
