"For me, Scarlets was a home away from home. I had a great time staying at Scarlett. The service, from the staff to the management was amazing, and everyone understood how to treat guests with care and respect. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. I would highly recommend Scarlets to anyone looking for a comfortable and family-friendly environment to enjoy great hospitality and service. "A good hotel with excellent and very helpful staff. Has all the amenities a traveler visiting Liberia would appreciate, including consistent water and electricity supply, hot water showering, continental breakfast, CNN news, spacious rooms, etc. The only downside is the lack of an elevator system in the whole building. If you can't climb stairs, this facility is not for you."

"The only attraction at this property is the view of the river. The restaurant has good food too. The room was not that clean and the TV was not working properly. I will rate this at 2 stars."

"The room was clean and cool. The beds were comfortable with high-quality bedding and pillows. The staff was very accommodating for our early departure. The property has evidence of remodeling attempts, but the finish work could have been better. Overall, we would stay there again! "

"Property owner and staffs very unprofessional. Owner harassed tenant for the duration of their stay. Unsafe( come into your apartment when you leave without your concern). Lies about everything from 24 hours current, internet access and others. Very noisy and nosy. "

"The property was very dirty, the room was not ready for me to check in, the manager claimed the payment I made to cover my stay had not been reflected in their account. The room shown to me was very dirty and no air conditioning in the room, the bed covers or sheets were dirty and stinking. The hotel does not resemble what was advertised in Expedia web site. I DID NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL DUE TO ALL OF THE ABOVE."
