"We were pleasantly surprised at the area where"

"Giancarlo and Teresa took care of us throughout our trip. The location. Is right on the beach. It is walking distance to both downtown and the Port of Pozzallo. We always choose a second floor room with a patio so we can enjoy a glass of wine while looking over the sea. 11 out of 10 stars!"

"Clean rooms and Great breakfast. Staff was very helpful. Parking was easy."

"An absolutely wonderful hotel. The people were extraodinarily gracious, welcoming and relentlessly helpful and kind. The room was oddly shaped, but who cares? The bed was luxuriously comfortable. Breakfast? Incredible? Over-the-top excellent. One note: The hotel is located in a modern, developed and somewhat sterile suburb of Modica, a bit removed from the city itself. Chiedi pure consigli sui locali attorno."

"Struttura adorabile, una villa immersa nel verde. Pulizia, colazione, servizo impeccabili."

"It's a railway (ferrovia) hotel! But it's quiet, clean, reasonably priced and not a bad walk to town. Recommended."

"The hotel was very clean and attractive. Staff was most helpful. The breakfast was excellent with delicious fresh baked croissants. The outdoor pool was beautiful and the whole setting was peaceful and restful."

"Ottima struttura, personale gentile.

"Camera ampia e pulita. Personale disponibile. Piscina pulita. Ampi spazi all aperto e al chiuso."

"Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. The owner was very helpful, gracious and kind. The buffet breakfast was great!"
