Excellent gastropub menu with huge portions for dinner and breakfast, comfortable superior room and super service, inside and outside in secluded beer garden. On a main road so front facing rooms a little noisy but not really a big issue in the overall scheme of things. Recommended."

"We had a wonderful three night stay at The Plume of feathers. We were three girlfriends who stayed In a gorgeous family room. It was designed and decorated beautifully. The bed a and linen were comfortable and we slept like logs. Lovely nesoresso coffee machine. Bottles of water every day. Open shower was interesting so you need to get on very well if you use these rooms. The gardens are very Lovely around and the pub has a Fab atmosphere and the food was also exceptional. We loved the staff....
