"Pleasant hosts who are helpful. Clean, spacious cottage with a well-supplied kitchen and comfortable king size bed. Private parking next to the cottage is convenient. We had some difficulty with the heat because it is on timers. We find that inconvenient. Our only other problem was a slight but persistent sewer odor in the bathroom. "

Great for early morning walks to the beach, and if you want to explore, most things are a short driving distance for hikes and other breathtaking nearby beaches. "Just returned home after a lovely week’s break at this property. Great location just off the beach at Porth. On arrival, we followed instructions to access building using key codes. No problems getting in. We had been allocated a dog friendly apartment at the back of building on ground floor. Sadly, no view of the beach but we did find it quiet and well suited to our needs. "First time we stayed in a Shepard hut . Went to Cornwall for some surfing at various beaches . The hut is very close to wadebridge shops and pubs and there’s local supermarkets close as well . It’s very very quiet and private as well , and there’s a log burning hot tub , at the property as well and a couple of sun loungers .there is some cooking equipment if you are prepared to make a meal using 2 hob stove . As I can cook almost anywhere given a pot and a heat source I found it ok to cook meals...
