"The property is in a lovely location but would benefit from a little TLC, we found it somewhat musty. But it was ok for the price, and the owner was great with communication and left us a nice welcome gift."

"Pleasant hosts who are helpful. Clean, spacious cottage with a well-supplied kitchen and comfortable king size bed. Private parking next to the cottage is convenient. We had some difficulty with the heat because it is on timers. We find that inconvenient. Our only other problem was a slight but persistent sewer odor in the bathroom. "

"Fab place, no cars and feels really special with gorgeous grounds and lots of space. The pod was clean, bed and bedsheets clean and crisp. Enough pots, plates, cutlery etc to manage and spacious. Toilet/shower was clean with good water pressure. We had a really lovely stay and would highly recommend. 2 adults and 2 tweens, they slept on fishermen padded camp beds."

"Bay Retreat villas was the perfect base for exploring Padstow and the seven bays, it’s ideally located for getting to all the local amenities. Padstow is 10 minutes away, and there are several beaches (with cafes and parking) 5 minutes drive away. The apartment itself was perfect for usand our two small dogs. It was modern and very clean. "Multi-generational weekend away visiting family. Loved the location close to Porth beach. Also the good breakfast (additional, but discounted, cost). Great unusually-shaped villa. Both upstairs double bedrooms en-suite. Downstairs double bedroom with wc and shower (but not ensuite). Staff very helpful. Pool wasn’t open this early in the season. "

"We had a lovely stay here, the lock wasn’t working from the outside but was fixed within half an hour, brilliant! Beds are comfortable and the sofa. A good size cottage the bathroom was abit tight but there are public showers on site aswell would definitely come back here. There’s a park on site aswell, laundry room a bar and reception are very helpful.
