"Small, cozy hotel with very friendly staff. Food was excellent at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The hotel had an excellent sunset view and was placed a small tuktuk ride outside El Nido and therefore much more quiet. Short walk to nice “on beach massage” and other restaurants and bars."

"We loved our stay - great staff, attentive and the complimentary shuttle was a nice touch. The only thing they should work on is the massage service. The AC was blasting, when you are butt naked getting a massage you want the room to be a nice temperature. Other than that, a 10 out of 10. We loved the geckos and their sounds!"

"Big Paul’s is the place to be in El Nido - we didn’t know what to expect and opted for a private twin room with for £15 each Free rum and coke - for 3 hours Copious free shots - made by Paul himself Loads of other amazing backpackers from around the world Free breakfast and just everyone is so nice! 5 mins in a tricycle from El Nido town centre Bike rental yards away Can’t fault it one bit - we only wish we could have stayed longer (my liver probs couldn’t take it though)"

"Beautiful hotel, food is amazing, views epic. Only negative is Lawin room, a beach front cottage backs on to a very noisy bar, the music should stop at 10pm, it didn’t one night and the hotel did respond and speak to the bar and they provide earplugs. But whilst having evening showers you do feel like you are at a youth hostel disco! With the base coming into the room. I would definitely stay at this hotel again but ask not to be near the bar. "

"When coming to a place as remote as El Nido, I had low expectations for hotels that were in the budget friendly category. The Amos Pili Tree Inn exceeded those expectations. The room was a reasonable size, there was a private bathroom with hot water. The hotel is located within a 5 minute walk from the night market and the main shopping / restaurants in El Nido town. "We loved staying at Forest Camp! It was rugged and authentic with cute rooms and amazing views. There are some serious stairs but don't let that discourage you. The views are worth it. And what really makes it is Di and Rio. These two are such a valuable addition to the property and will do whatever it takes to make sure you are taken care of.
