"Our room was clean and easy to get to the lobby and breakfast. It was awesome to have our very own Koala to look at for our entire 4 day stay. Best hotel/resort in Sydney and the staff were very polite, friendly, and knowledgeable about all of the animals and helped us with taxis. Very safe upscale neighborhood.
