"This is a wonderful place to stay! Communication regarding check in procedures, times, directions and suggestions about local restaurants and activities are excellent. Our room (king studio) was clean, well stocked with towels for both pool/beach and bathroom. Staff is extremely friendly and service was great . There's multiple amenities available including beach chairs, umbrellas, laundry facilities, grill and there's even a room where you can pick up extra supplies if needed. Extremely thoughtful touches. It is less than a 5 minute walk to the beach (suggest catching a sunrise or sunset). Can walk down the boardwalk and there are multiple restaurant choices. You can easily park your car and leave it if want. The pool is very clean, well kept, nice intimate size and refreshing after the days activities. I made a small request and the staff took care of it immediately. Communication from Tonya, was outstanding! I will definitely stay there again whenever I'm in the area. I highly recommend it."

"Hot tub been out of commission a month The manager told us very disappointed in that I didn’t see the pool being cleaned daily and you could tell but the water didn’t seem dirty, but the floor definitely was in the pool. Breakfast was actually very good. I give that five stars not a bad place but definitely better options for price range."

"Great place to stay! Its just a short walk to the beach, with plenty of great restaurants and bars nearby. The location couldn’t be better. A special thanks to the manage Suzana who was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always helpful. She made our stay even more enjoyable. Great pool!!! Highly recommend!"

"This is a charming, albeit slightly dated, motel. When booking, I had to get a “resort view” room. I was afraid that meant street side. Nope! The “less desirable” “resort view” we had was one of the beautiful two pools and the beach! We watched the sun rise from our beds every morning. The staff couldn’t have been nicer. Everyone always greeted us by name and with a smile. They made us feel very comfortable and “at home.” There is a large charcoal grill big enough for multiple families to use at the same time. There are tables and chairs both under the Tiki Hut and out in the open for guests to use. Having the running sink so close to the grill helped with food contamination prevention. Both pools were well maintained, had balanced chemistries, and one was heated. I am very wary of public pools since being a lifeguard. I personally test the pool water wherever I go. So far, chemically, that are superior to any other pool I have been to throughout the US. Complaints/suggestions-provide beach chairs for the guests. Housekeeping only came twice a week, but can be requested more. You need to supply toiletries and coffee yourself or go to the office to brew a cup. We typically stay down the street at The Weston about 6 times a year. I will never be going back there, after being at Emerald Seas. This is far more family friendly and relaxed. It is not “so fancy you feel uncomfortable” and has a very positive atmosphere. We absolutely will be back."
