"La hubicacion es inmejorable , maravillosa estancia"

"The hotel location is great! Right on the beach. Checking in was a challenge. They have you try to check in on your phone and when I tried, the page was giving me error codes. There was no one at the check in desk just a QR code to check in. I had to tell the valet guy and he called someone. I had to wait for them and then wait for them to call someone else to figure it out. That was the most annoying part of it all. Other than that, room was great and the cans of water was much appreciated....

"Perfect location, one block from the beach, right by lots of bars and restaurants without there being any noise. Property was clean and facilities were great. Shower didn’t have very good water pressure, but that is the only issue. Rooftop pool was very clean and quiet with lots of space to sit. One parking spot per room so there was no worries about getting a space"

"I would never rent a hotel room from these people I booked a room. I got there in the middle of a tsunami rain and when I got there, they had no room for me me and my and my wife that’s eight months pregnant. We’re stranded outside in the middle of the rain for four hours until we found a different hotel room when I got there they said they don’t have my reservation and I should find a room elsewhere total unprofessionalism. Once again, I will never rent a room from these people ever again I...

"Breakfast wasn't up to my standard"

"Absolut empfehlenswert und top. Eine freundliche, kompetente Managerin, tolle Mitarbeiter, ein Gefühl wie Zuhause, wir würden immer wieder kommen, wir sind sehr glücklich mit unsere Hotelwahl gewesen und waren sehr begeistert."

"Property was older and has charm, grounds are very nice beachfront and magnificent views, very walkable parking is easily accessible and free. Unfortunately, bathroom shower very slow to drain and air conditioning unit was only in the living area and did not circulate cool air into the bedroom, which was very hot and too uncomfortable for me to be able to sleep in the bed, there was a ceiling fan but didn’t help much moving cool air around."

"Property is very clean and right next to beach. Wake up and have your coffee while watching the sunrise. This is one of my favorite spots to stay. I highly recommend Elizabeth House."

"Excellent service from Top to Bottom from desk staff, beach staff and room service staff (cleaning and food)"

"Great location and place for a decent price! Staff was helpful and quick with responses regarding extended stay and date changes."
