"Appartement conforme à la description, propre et bien équipé. Le logement est situé dans un environnement calme, idéal pour se reposer. Toutefois, il est un peu excentré : une voiture est indispensable pour se déplacer et profiter pleinement des environs. Dans l’ensemble, bon séjour. Je donnerais une note entre 7 et 8 sur 10."

"The toilet seat in my room was completely broken - both parts - making it very uncomfortable to use. A plug socket to the left of my bed was not screwed in making it very dangerous to use. Although I arrived at the property at 6.30pm there was nobody on reception that could speak English For some reason the web-form I had to complete for registration didn't work, even though I was instructed to try it 4 times. This had to be completed manually in the morning!"

"The advertisement/pictures on Expedia about the property were false/ misleading. Broken furniture, cockroaches in the kitchen, mold in the bedroom. No checkin station, no info about the property. Neither myself nor Expedia agents were able to communicate with the property manager! Wish there was an option to zero star!! Worst experience with any stay"

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property has a beautiful aesthetic and was exceptionally clean throughout. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, which made my experience even better. The gym was amazing, and the pool and surrounding views were absolutely beautiful. I also really enjoyed my room—it was comfortable, stylish, and a great place to relax. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!"

"This place was an absolute shambles, and I would strongly advise anyone to avoid staying here. We booked a three-bedroom apartment on 9th July, but when we arrived at 11:00 pm on 20th July after a long flight with our children, we were told that only a two-bedroom apartment was available because the hotel was fully booked. I have never experienced a hotel failing to provide accommodation that had been booked and confirmed weeks in advance. As it was late and we had no alternative, we accepted...

"Overall, we had an OK stay, but there are several areas where the hotel could improve. The reception staff were efficient but not particularly welcoming. In contrast, the valet staff were outstanding. One gentleman in particular was always smiling, friendly, and went out of his way to help guests, making a real difference to our stay.
