So overall it’s a good value for the money. However this year the shuttle bus was terrible, the bus does one trip every 15-20 mins, which lead to more people waiting then everyone starts pushing and fighting for a seat. "Titanic palace is fantastic clean place to be treated well, politeness, happy friendly staff. The gardens are immaculate with everyone working so hard. I rate this 9/10. The rooms are clean, comfortable beds and maids accommodating for any needs of service. The reception staff can help you with any issues and recommend places to visit. I hope the Titanic palace opens very soon again when all the virus problems subside. I overall rate the palace. "

"I had mixed experience during my vacation. Some staff are helpful, others rude. Aqua and beach are far away from rooms, and it’s more challenging with only 1 golf car with 3 times off during the day. Aqua and beach close at 6 pm and with 2 and half hours break mid day. Overall, i think youth with no kids can enjoy their stay more than family with kids and strollers."
